Cuban Mojo Sauce recipe – Marinade for chicken, beef or pork
Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
10 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced
1 cup orange juice
1 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tablespoon Salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp of oregano
Instructions:
In a sauce pan put in the olive oil, garlic and heat for about a half a minute then, slowly, put in the orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and shut off the heat and allow to cool. Use or It will keep for several days, covered in the refrigerator for later use.
(may also be used a a sauce when served warm with the meat)
