Adobo (from the verb Adobar) to marinate, prepare or season.

Adobo is a mixture of the spices used to accentuate the cuban flavor.  Use the Abodo to season beef, poultry, and fish.  Also, use as a dry rub. Here is the recipe for the Adobo I use every day in my kitchen.


3           Tablespoons Salt

3           Tablespoons Garlic powder

1           Tablespoons ground oregano

1           Tablespoons ground black pepper

1           Tablespoon Turmeric

You can store up to 6 months in an airtight container.
